How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you are ready! Popular dates (especially fall and spring) tend to book 12–18 months ahead. Once your venue’s locked in, don’t wait—reach out. We take on a limited number of weddings per year so we can give every couple the attention they deserve.
What if our date changes or we need to reschedule?
We’ve got 2 teams ready to handle all your photo and video needs. It’s pretty rare that we wouldn’t be available. If you need to reschedule, just give us a shout and we’ll totally make it work!
What do you need to book our date?
All you gotta do is sign a contract and pay a 30% non-refundable booking fee. Then, the rest of the balance is due a week before the event. You can also make payments as you go along, so you don't have to pay it all at once at the end. We also take Affirm! *
So, how many photos are we getting?
It really depends on the package you pick. We only hand over fully edited photos. The bronze package comes with 75 photos, silver gives you 100, and gold has 150. Plus, if you go for the gold package, you’ll also get all the photos we snapped that day, even if they’re unedited. (Usually around 1k-2k photos)
When can we expect our photos and videos?
Our agreement says it’ll take about 60 days after the event, but we usually get things out a bit sooner. We mention the 60 days just to cover our bases in case anything unexpected comes up.
What’s the difference between full video & highlight film?
A full video basically captures the whole ceremony and reception. So if your ceremony is 30 minutes, the video will be 30 minutes. Same goes for the reception. A highlight film, on the other hand, is like a quick recap that pulls together the best moments from the whole day. It’s a shorter, more edited video with some cool audio and nice footage.
